UGC NET Result and Cutoff Marks Update: Check June Session Marks & Download PDF Scorecard

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the UGC NET June Session Result and Category-Wise Cutoff Marks on its official web portal. Out of 7,73,806 registered candidates, a total of 6,07,151 aspirants appeared for the examination conducted across the country.

With the result declaration for 84 subjects, candidates can now access their subject-wise scorecard, percentile score, and qualifying status for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor eligibility, and Ph.D. admissions.

Candidates can verify their qualifying status directly from the official web portal by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Portal: Go to the official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in or ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
  2. Locate Result Link: Click on the link titled “UGC NET June Scorecard / Result Link” on the homepage.
  3. Submit Credentials: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth / Password, and the Security Pin (CAPTCHA) displayed.
  4. View Scorecard: Click on Submit to load your subject-wise marks, raw score, percentile, and overall qualifying status.
  5. Download Cutoff List: Return to the homepage and click on “UGC NET Cutoff PDF Download“ to verify subject-wise qualifying criteria across categories.

Minimum Qualifying Percentage Criteria

To be considered eligible for the final merit cutoff, candidates must score the minimum aggregate percentage across Paper 1 and Paper 2 combined:

  • General / Unreserved (UR): Minimum 40% aggregate marks
  • OBC (NCL) / EWS / SC / ST / PwD / Third Gender: Minimum 35% aggregate marks

Note: Achieving the minimum qualifying percentage does not guarantee selection for JRF or Assistant Professor. Final selection relies strictly on top percentile ranks within the top 6% quota and subject-wise merit lists.
